Lori’s journey began when Electroline was a small team of just five employees in 1984. Over the past four decades, she has witnessed tremendous growth, embraced countless changes, and played a meaningful role in shaping the companies we know today.

Reflecting on her journey, Lori shared,
“Right from the very beginning, we were friends that turned into family. We've watched each other's children grow up and shared countless memories along the way.

And while I’ve never been one to embrace change easily, I still remember when we got our first computer—it felt like a wonderful step forward. The many technological changes that followed were a little harder for me, probably because of my fear of failing or falling behind. Looking back now, though, those challenges helped me grow.

Forty-plus years later, I can honestly say I've been living the dream. If there's one lesson I've learned, it's this: treat your fellow employees the same way you treat your customers—with respect, kindness, and a genuine desire to help. Those relationships are what make a career truly meaningful."

Over the past 42 years, Lori has been so much more than a dedicated employee—she's been a trusted teammate, mentor, and friend to many. Her hard work, knowledge, and caring nature have touched countless customers and coworkers, helping shape Electroline and EDCi into what they are today.
