Got to do my first design with a golf simulator in it. Found out that I don't know much about them, and perhaps it's time to learn.

Right now is always a slower time of year for me. I have some smaller projects I am working through, but there is always some back and forth with builders/clients, which opens me up to starting some additional projects. If you or anyone you know is looking to get some plans or ideas together for a remodel, addition, or new build, I am always available to help. My priority is always making sure the client gets what they are looking for, even if it is not with me.

In the meantime, I am slowly working on getting my website finished and some sort of blog put together. I plan to share some in-depth perspectives on each step of the design and build process, answer questions, and hopefully help give readers more confidence when it comes to finding the contractor or builder for their next project.

A few renderings of the 2-story addition project I am currently working on, along with the others.

Interior elevations are important to any project, regardless of size. More information means more accurate estimates. Not only a plus for budgeting, but easier when comparing estimates from several contractors, knowing they have all included the same elements.

Had this owner already selected specific fixtures and finishes, those would have been included as well for even more accuracy.

Here are a few initial renderings for a small bathroom remodel I am putting plans together for. Smaller space, but a good-sized tile shower and lots of storage!

Just created a quick plan for a garage. The client has an old Mustang, so I thought it would be fun to work on my rendering skills and see if I could get one in there. Turned out pretty cool!

Finished up the initial layout along with some additional renderings showing the laundry, powder bathroom, and the view from walking in the front door. For having limited space, I think these areas help maximize storage, yet still look clean and simple.

Working a half day today to get a rendering of a small project done. Tough area to lay out, but when an idea finally clicks in my head, I need to get to it. Have a great New Year, and stay safe!

I haven't been on here in some time. Thought I would share a couple of recent renderings from a project. Hoping to have some time to be more involved with social media and my website, as I have a lot of cool projects and information to share.

I recently had the opportunity to visit a home I designed in the Austin Texas area. It was completed in mid-October and the timing worked out perfectly, the wonderful homeowners were more than welcoming and gave me the grand tour. Photos by Faith Benitez .

Another beautiful design finished up! Being built on 50 acres with a river, including a waterfall, right in the backyard.
