When I say newborn photos at home, THIS is what I mean. 👌🏼

Pancakes in the kitchen while Mom snuggles the new baby. Playing on the playset. Chasing baby chicks. The messy, loud, sweet, perfectly imperfect parts of your everyday life.

Because I don’t want your newborn photos to just be a bunch of pretty pictures of your baby wrapped up on a blanket.

I want to capture your life with your baby in it.

The little moments you don’t think twice about right now, but will one day wish you could go back and relive.

If you know me, you know I’m a firm believer that everything happens for a reason, and I have no doubt these two came into our lives for something so special.

For the last five years, we have trusted Esther with the care of our children. As a parent, you truly can’t describe the feeling of knowing someone loves and cares for your children so deeply, and how much it means to be able to trust someone with your babies with your whole heart. Esther doesn’t just care for our babies—she takes the time to truly love them. She picks flowers with them, helps them bake bread, makes Mother’s Day and Father’s Day presents with them, and is always creating little memories with them. She is so beyond special, and she and her family mean so much to us.

So when Mother Nature showed up on their doorstep and completely changed what was supposed to be the happiest day of their lives, it only seemed fitting that we help them in any way we could.

And when I tell you the amount of people who stepped up… neighbors who had never even met them but heard their story, fellow wedding industry friends who were more than happy to lend a helping hand, donate their time, or offer their services last minute—it was truly incredible. We couldn’t be more grateful.

It’s one thing to show up to a wedding and capture it. It’s another thing entirely to help plan and execute a day for two of the most deserving people in the world.

So, Esther & Gary, I wish you nothing but a lifetime of happiness, love, laughter, and all the beautiful things you deserve.

Thank you for always loving our kids, for trusting us, and for becoming such a special part of our lives.

And like I said… you guys are stuck with us now. For life. 💕
