Just want to give a quick update!🔷🔶🔹🔸

Today was my first day back in the salon... I felt it went pretty smooth with the new guidelines but still working on my new groove.

I’m working constantly trying to get everybody scheduled, with that being said I’m hoping to have everyone contacted to schedule by the end of this week/ early next week. You all of been patient with me and I greatly appreciate it.

I do want you to know with the new guidelines I am unable to schedule as tightly as I have in the past. I can’t squeeze people in due to limit number of people in the salon at once and need more time to clean and sanitize in between clients. This mean it will take me a bit longer to get you all in. I’m working as many hours as I can to get you all in as soonest i can. All of our new guidelines are for the safety of everyone.

I’m so excited to say WE CAN FINALLY OPEN!!

With that being announced, I want you all to know I will be slowly returning back and getting in my new groove. Please keep an eye out for me to contact you about scheduling. It most likely going to take at least a few days to reach everyone. I’m doing my best to contact as quickly as I can.

NAAVA Salon & Spa will be opening their doors on May 18th. Your stylist and spa specialist will be contacting you to start scheduling your hair and skincare appointments. If this is your first time visiting NAAVA Salon & Spa, please message us to schedule an appointment.

We care about you and want you to know that your safety and well-being is extremely important to us, so below are some salon and spa guidelines we will be implementing:

• No Waiting Area – please wait in your vehicle and your stylist will let you know when she/he is ready for you.
• Masks - We ask that you please bring your own mask to wear....we do have them for purchase at $2 if you do forget yours
• No additional guests or children at your appointment.
• Limit personal belongings.
• If you are feeling ill or have a fever, we ask that you stay home and work with your stylist to reschedule your appointment.
• Please wash your hands and/or apply hand sanitizer. Hand sanitizer will be available at the front counter.
• Unfortunately hugs and handshakes will not be allowed.
• All salon capes are washed between each visitor.
• Stations and rooms will be sanitized after each visitor.
• We have a great line of AVEDA products. If you would like to purchase products, please let your stylist know and she will grab them for you.

Our team are all independent stylists, so they will determine the amount of blow drying, shampooing or other services for each visitor. Each stylist has the right to customize their guidelines, but must, at a minimum, follow the CDC guidelines. If you have questions or concerns, please speak with your independent stylist.

Due to the expected increase in volume, we ask that you provide a 48 hour notice if you need to cancel or change your appointment.

There has been lot of new info of opening being released again today... with that being said I need to make sure I have the correct info and the safest info. I am doing my best to insure all above. Just need to be patient a little longer

🤪 I do have to say I’m super excited to see the light at the end of this horribly long tunnel and I get to see all your beautiful/handsome faces soon!

1 more thing, I can’t stress this enough please keep checking here for updates on scheduling and procedures and our new normal. Also when I do finally text/call you, please be prompted as possible along with detailed on exactly what services with flexible availability for appointments.

As soon as I have concrete answers to the lastest news of opening, I Will be contacting you ASAP. Please let me get all the details for everything so there won’t be back tracking and I can make sure everyone is safe. Hopefully not to much longer till I see you again! I miss u!

I have gotten a lot of calls/text the last two days. Just wanted to share same of the info I am receiving. This is from another post on a hair page I follow in Wisconsin. This person contacts someone in the state to get some clearer information. Hope this helps. Please trust me when I say I will be contacting as soon as I know it’s safe to schedule. Please please continue to be patient with me. I want to see you all just as badly!
