Almost 3 weeks since the Tornado hit us and we are still recovering! But the roof is done, the gutters are up, pizza ovens are fixed and dry wall is up in the Kitchen! We got a little more to go! But reopening is coming soon!

We’re making progress! 💪

🏠 The roof is DONE!
🔥 Pizza ovens are ½ working — and repairs are on the way, thanks to ASC1!

We’re getting closer every day and are hoping to open our doors sooner rather than later. ❤️

After the tornado hit, we all did the only thing that made sense — we went home. Our employees needed to check on their families, their homes, their neighborhoods. So we unplugged everything, locked up, and left the mess for the next day… including pizzas still waiting to go in the oven.

When we walked back in the next morning, we found something unexpected.

Something… alive.

Something… growing.

Something… very, very doughy.

With all the moisture in the building, our pizza dough didn’t just rise — it mutated. It was wet, melted-looking, and honestly a little adorable. So now we need your help:

What should we name our tornado-born Dough Monster?

Progress! The roof is getting done! This is the one of the biggest parts of the rebuild, so this is a milestone to reopening!

Tornado Rebuild Update — Two Weeks Later
It’s been two weeks since the tornado hit our Appleton location, and we want to share where things stand.

The storm caused water damage throughout our kitchen, dining room, and parts of the dish pit. Because of that, the entire affected area had to be fully gutted — every damaged section removed so we can rebuild the right way.

The good news: everything is dried out and ready for the next phase.

We want to give a huge shout‑out to our amazing employees who came in to help clean, clear out damaged product, and empty our coolers and freezers. It wasn’t easy work, but you showed up with heart and determination.

And of course, thank you to Paul Davis Restoration for their fast response, professionalism, and dedication. Their team has been incredible throughout this process.

We’re moving forward, piece by piece, and we’ll keep you updated as the rebuild continues.
