This year, Limitless Possibilities had the opportunity to sponsor three local Christmas trees - one in Oconto City Park for their Winter Wonderland event, one at the National Railroad Museum in Green Bay for their Festival of Trees event, and one at Horicon Bank in Ripon for their Enchanted Forest event.

And everyone knows… trees need ornaments!

The ornaments for these trees were decorated by individuals receiving services at Limitless Possibilities and staff. Their creativity, hard work, and holiday spirit truly brought each tree to life.

Community involvement is an important part of what we do. Opportunities like this allow the individuals we support to connect with their communities and take pride in meaningful contributions that everyone can enjoy.

Nothing like a night under the lights with an amazing team! ⚾🌭 We had a blast at the ballpark cheering, connecting, and enjoying some well-earned downtime together. Huge thanks to everyone who came out and made it such a memorable night!

This week, we are celebrating amazing Direct Support Professionals across northeast Wisconsin! We are honoring them with blankets and cookies as a fraction of our appreciation for the fantastic work they do year-round. DSPs are the heart and soul of everything we do to support people with disabilities to access and participate in our communities!

We did it! Limitless Possibilities LLC achieved Quality Assurances Accreditation with CQL, The Council on Quality and Leadership. Our work is ongoing as quality is a journey and not a destination, but we are very excited to achieve this milestone.

We are seeking self-starters with a positive attitude who want to make a difference in the lives of individuals who have developmental disabilities. If you are dependable, approach challenges with problem-solving skills, have new ideas, and enthusiasm we'd like to interview you. Our Direct Support Professionals actively support the daily living needs of adults with developmental disabilities by assisting them to maintain health and safety in the community and by coaching clients toward independence.

Qualified applicants must be at least 21 years of age, have a valid driver's license, acceptable driving record, and pass our background and work experience screening. Must be able to work various shifts including days, evenings and overnights because we operate 24 hours a day. Some weekend and holiday work will also be required. The wage is $15-$20 per hour with full benefits including health, dental, vision, disability and life insurance, paid training, and a generous retirement plan. Meals are provided.
