Just wanted to post something that kind of bugged me. Yesterday I got a 1 star google review from a person that was trying to contact us about doing some brake work. His review said that he had been calling for 3 days straight and even left a message but nobody called him back.

Now anyone that actually knows me or the shop I run, knows that it's just me and 2 guys here working. Unfortunately I can't answer the phone as much as I'd like to. I try to answer the phone messages twice a day at minimum. If you leave a message I will 100% call you back. What upset me about this person is that I know for sure I left a message with him if he did call me and leave a message for me to call him back. If you don't leave me a message then I won't call you back though, which is what I think happened here.

After looking at his profile of Google reviews I quickly realized that this person LOVES leaving 1 star reviews. 35 of his 45 reviews are 1 or 2 stars. What he doesn't realize is that his terrible review of a business that he's never actually worked with hurts me more that some big corporation that maybe doesn't even care about it's Google reviews.

I know we've been very busy and booked out longer than I like as of recently but I have been looking for a 3rd tech to help fix that issue. Unfortunately finding the right person has been challenging.

If you can't get to us by our land line text me here or on our text line (920-460-7648). I respond to every single message with in 24 hours(during the week). If you don't leave a message on my voicemail then I won't return your call, that seems like common sense but just wanted to reiterate that.

Here's a map for how to get to the shop coming from the west on KK...

Well I'm sure some of you noticed that they started work on putting stop lights at the State Park/KK intersection today. While that's great news it is going to make it a bit of a pain to get to the shop. I don't have a great way of getting here but just wanted to give everyone who didn't know a heads up that the construction is making it difficult to get to the shop. It sounds like it's going to be a couple of weeks until they finish it up though.

Just a heads up we have a $40 (per axle) rebate on brake jobs right now! So if you are on the fence about doing it now or later, now might be the time! This offer is good through June 30th!

Due to a recent incident with a customer I am now imposing a storage fee for vehicles that are not picked up within 3 days of a completed repair or a declined repair. It's unfortunate that I have to do this because 99.9% of our customers are great about picking up their cars right away. However, this incident has forced me to put this policy in place to deterrent this from happening again. So going forward this is the new policy.

1-7 days - $35/day
8+ days will be $100/day

Of course there will certain instances when you might not be able to pick the vehicle up in that time frame and as long as I ok the extra days you will not be charged. This needs to be discussed before the vehicle is left for anything beyond the 3 days.

I hate doing stuff like this but sometimes you're forced into these situations. Thanks for understanding!

Just a heads up. Over the next week or so the parking lot is getting paved. They are starting to grade tomorrow and then early next week they will be paving. They plan on starting on my side of the lot first. So if the normal entrance is blocked off please use one of the storage unit entrances and come around the building that way. Parking will be a little messy for a few days. Please do not park anything in the back caged area this week or next week. If the front is fully just park along the grass by the shop or by the storage units and put your keys in the drop box as per usual.

Just a reminder to all of our customers. Summer extremally busy for us so if you have any trips planned please do not wait until a few days before that trip to get in for service! We are usually at least a week out during the summer months. Right now we are about a week and half out so please plan accordingly! 😁😁😁

Just wanted to give an update with pricing. As of today we will be charging a 3% fee for card transactions. I did not want to raise the pricing this year so instead I am giving everyone the option to pay by cash or check instead to save us both some money.

When we give you a quote now this 3% will be included in the price. If you decide to pay by cash or check that 3% will not be included.
