We’re excited to help keep our kids and families safe this summer with a FREE bike helmet giveaway event for the community! Whether your child rides every day or is just learning, we want to make sure they have the protection they need while having fun outdoors.

💜 Hmong Sisterhood Circle is BACK for Year 2! 💜

Last summer, our girls laughed together, shared meals, built confidence, explored future careers, visited colleges, learned financial literacy, and created lifelong friendships through sisterhood and community. ✨

This year, we’re excited to grow even more together.

We are now looking for middle and high school Hmong girls to join the 2026 Hmong Sisterhood Circle, a supportive space where girls can connect, learn, lead, and uplift one another.

🌸 What girls will gain:
• Life skills
• Financial literacy
• Confidence building
• Career exploration
• College visits
• Civic engagement & leadership development
• Sisterhood bonding & shared meals

📅 Program Schedule:
• One weekday a week during June, July, & August
• Weekly sessions are approximately 1–1.5 hours
• Schedule TBD based on participant availability

This program is about more than workshops. It’s about building community, leadership, confidence, and a strong sisterhood rooted in culture and empowerment. 💕

🌱 LONG CHENG MARKETPLACE FARMER’S MARKET UPDATE 🌱

Thank you everyone for the excitement and support for this season’s farmer’s market at Long Cheng MarketPlace!

To allow our farmers more time for harvesting and preparation, our farmer vendors will now begin joining us around mid-June.

Please stay tuned for more updates, vendor announcements, and opening information in the coming weeks. We appreciate your patience and cannot wait to welcome everyone back for another great market season! 🥬🍅🌽

This event is a beautiful opportunity to celebrate Hmong American history, culture, resilience, and community while bringing together families, elders, youth, and local organizations. Thank you to everyone helping make this special day possible.

Shop a variety of fresh fruits and vegetables, including culturally loved Hmong produce and herbs such as mustard greens, lemongrass, Thai chili peppers, bitter melon, yardlong beans, and more throughout the season. 🌿

COMMUNITY RAFFLE AT LONG CHENG MARKETPLACE!

Join us during the Hmong Specialty Plants & Herbs event, happening now through Sunday at 6 PM at Long Cheng MarketPlace.

We’re inviting the community to stop in anytime during the event to complete a quick survey about your experience. Your feedback helps us continue to grow and better serve the community.

As a thank you, every completed survey will be entered into a raffle to win a 50 lb bag of rice. Limit one entry per household.

The winner will be announced on May 4th on Facebook.

Long Cheng Community Center is looking for a Hmong Dance Coach for their competitive dance team 💚

We’re looking for a Hmong dance coach for the Long Cheng Dance Academy 💚

We want someone who can help lead our competitive team, build skills, and really pour into our youth. If you have experience in Hmong dance and enjoy working with kids/teens, this could be a great fit.

This is a paid opportunity, and we’re looking for someone who can stay committed through the end of December.

🌿 Hmong Specialty Plants & Herbs is coming to Long Cheng MarketPlace! 🌿

They’re touring across Wisconsin and will be stopping here for a special 3-day visit. This is your chance to shop a wide selection of traditional Hmong plants and herbs you don’t always find locally.
