Cafe Aquila

Cafe Aquila is closing its operations effective immediately. Our management agreement with the building owner has ceased and we are choosing not to sign a long term lease mainly due to the labor shortages we continue to experience. This is very unfortunate because in six short months, we have grown exponentially, hosted numerous company functions, private events and served wonderful coffee and food items to a lot of amazing people in the most scenic restaurant/cafe space in the valley!
We hope another opportunity presents itself at a better time, but for now we will continue our focus on our other operations. Thank you to all who visited and we are very sorry to bring you this unfortunate news.

Anyone that has a paid gift certificate can email us at [email protected] to obtain a full refund.

Good morning! We hope everyone is having a great morning! Its day 2 of Feast Around the Fox Cities. Stop down, grab some coffee and try our features for the month. The first is a Coffee-Ancho Braised Short Rib Breakfast Tacos on a flour tortilla, with scrambled eggs, salsa verde, ancho-guajillo sauce, onions, cilantro, and cotija cheese. The second, is a Black Forest Croque Madame on brioche bread, with black forest ham, swiss cheese, dijon mustard, Morney sauce, and a sunny side up egg. Both come with our Aquila house potatoes, and a side of fruit. Dont forget to download the Feast Around the Fox Cities app before stopping down!

Good morning! We hope everyone had a wonderful holiday! Stop down and warm up with a cup of Rusty Dog coffee, latte, or hot chocolate, and our featured Apple Cider Pancakes with Cider Spiked Maple Syrup. Our lunch feature today is a Parmesan Crusted Grilled Cheese, with a cup of Roasted Garlic Tomato Bisque😋

Now offering 2 of 3 of our house made hot sauces, Roasted Jalapeno, and Habanero. We will have a fresh Sriracha sauce ready end of next week, and a year from now, a bourbon barrel aged Sriracha sauce, made from fermented pepper mash!

EDIT: These are currently not for sale, we are just offering them in house. If we get enough interest in them, we will look at making larger batches to sell.
