State Farm is a mutual company. That means we are owned by our policy holders while our competition is owned by stockholders. State Farm is paying out $5 billion in dividends to our mutual auto insurance policy holders.

Our agency will be sending out customers over $245,000. That makes me smile. If you're a State Farm customer, I hope that makes you smile as well. Call our office and we can tell you what your individual dividend will be.

Here's what to expect:
- All payments will come by mail for those that do not have an email on file within the next 6 weeks. A third party is processing. I'm not sure what that piece of mail will look like so just don't throw away mail without opening...
- Those with email on file will receive an email with details of their payment. This will also take 6 weeks.
-If you had a car insured in 2025 with us you should be receiving money.
- If you don't get it before October 1st please call the office. Any time before then the assumption will be that it's still on its way.

State Farm is here to help! In addition to our office, we have another option for customers impacted by the storms. State Farm has set up a Customer Care Center at Lowes at W3255 Van Roy Road in Appleton. This center is staffed by our claims team and can help with both Home and Auto claims related to the storm. The center will not be performing vehicle inspections. The center will be open Mon-Sat from 8:00 am to 6:00 pm and is open to walk ins. Just another option for customers to get the help they need.

Jake took a trip out of the office this past weekend with Dave and his family to help celebrate in the White Lake 4th of July Parade!

Earlier this month we introduced Stumpy as our unofficial office duck. We now have 11 ducklings waddling into the flock!
