Honored to share that a selection of my recent floral and cultural works will be featured tonight at the Casa Hispana Gala at Poplar Hall in Appleton. 🌸

This collection brings together pieces inspired by color, celebration, memory, and my upbringing in Mexico City — including recent works from my Cempasúchils, Neon Blooms, Tulips, and Pan Dulce series.

I’m especially grateful that 25% of artwork proceeds from tonight’s gala will benefit Casa Hispana and its mission within our community.

Heidi and I are honored to participate in this year’s event through photography, custom protein cookies, and the exhibition of my artwork in celebration of community, culture, and connection.

Thank you to and Casa Hispana for the invitation — looking forward to a beautiful evening at Poplar Hall along the Fox River.

You thought the tulips disappeared for spring?
Not a chance.

Yellow Tulips No. 2 brings this series into the louder, funkier direction my recent florals have been evolving toward — brighter color, heavier texture, and a little more attitude.

Swipe through for:
🌷 the full piece
🎨 impasto texture details
🖼️ a room mockup
🙋🏻‍♂️ and me holding the painting so you can see the scale and surface a little better

The vase became one of my favorite parts of this piece. In person, the thick paint and geometric pattern shift with the light and feel almost sculptural.

Yellow Tulips No. 2
Acrylic on canvas
18x24 inches
Available DM me if you want in.

Some flowers whisper.

These don’t.

Neon Blooms No. 2 continues my exploration of bold color, exaggerated texture, and florals that live somewhere between nature and imagination.

Swipe for details, texture, and the full neon chaos.

The flower of the sun. 🌼✨

Cempasúchils: A Celebration of Color was inspired by the marigolds that fill Mexico with light every Día de Mu***os — flowers believed to guide loved ones home through their color and scent.

For me, they’ve always represented more than remembrance.
They’re warmth, tradition, memory, and life itself bursting into color. 🇲🇽

This 30x40 acrylic painting became one of the defining pieces in my floral series — and I’m incredibly grateful the original found its home last year.

🖼️ Prints are available for collectors who’d still like to bring this celebration of color into their space. 🌼
