As insurance people, we prep for these weeks. We train extensively, take classes and walk through word tracks.
But then it happens. And words fail to convey how much it all sucks for everyone. And how badly we want to make it all go away.

I fully expected chaos and was met with calm. As I said to my customer last night- don’t be afraid, because I’m not. This is what I do and I’ll be here every step of the way until you don’t need me.

This week has taught us that communities truly step up and make things better. The donations, the food trucks, the families showing up with chainsaws, the people cleaning up wreckage.
I’ve answered calls to customers who’ve lost their homes and their comments are purely- thank you and how kind our team is.
Their focus is normalcy. And they meet us with kindness. That midwestern nice 🥹🥹🥹 the absolute best!

Grateful and hopeful normalcy comes soon for so many!

And just a PSA- this is people’s worst nightmare. Their homes taken away. Try not to take photos and gawk at them. This is incredibly personal and I just want us to remember to protect that 🫶🏼 ok I’m done 🥰

The work has just begun! But We are on the ground and here to help! ‼️

Those looking for assistance with their claims immediately- we have licensed claim reps here 3255 Van Roy Road Appleton WI right in the Lowe’s parking lot!

They are assisting home claims (not auto) but are here 8a-6pm. No appointment needed.

We want to help however we can so please check them out if needed!

Leaving the office just now feeling exhausted but with a full heart. Today we answered the calls. Every single one.

We handed a check to a customer that lost everything.
We comforted those who experienced this storm.

For those who feel alone and like the storm has just begun- this will pass. We are here for you and we are grateful to be your support when you need it most.

We heard this quote recently and haven’t let it go- be the office that is someone’s best call on their worst day. And we fully intend to live up to that.

The phones are getting overloaded but please know we are here for you.
