PSA: “they” — the mysterious people who decided you should own a home, max your 401k, AND afford avocado toast by 30 — are NOT real. Or at least, they don’t pay your bills, so their opinion is irrelevant.
Instead of chasing some impossible highlight reel, here’s the move: pick ONE financial goal that actually excites future you, and break it down so small it feels almost silly. Then do the first tiny thing.
The all-or-nothing mindset (“welp, I missed one month of saving, guess I’ll retire on vibes”) is keeping you stuck, babe. Progress isn’t linear. It’s messy and slow and sometimes it’s just logging into your bank account without crying.
Every tiny action is a W. And collecting those W’s? That’s literally my job — and I am PASSIONATE about it.
