Being a former Military member the struggle was real to meet weight standards. Womens body weight fluctuates often whether is menstrual cycle, water retention, medication, stress you name it. I was delighted to help a current Army Active duty member with just two sessions. Losing two and hald inches off the waist and meeting the standard to join and serve our country. What a pleasure!
