It’s been a few years since I’ve had the cops called on me for an inspection! Thank you Neenah PD for being professional and clearing up the issue quickly. 

And if you’re sick of going to work to pay rent so you buy a house, don’t forget to protect your investment with a home inspection!

With the spring market sprung make sure to extend your days for the inspection contingency so you have some options when scheduling. Never know when you may need to bring in an expert to verify where the floor lava is coming from!

This is why it’s always recommended to get a home inspection. I was able to identity the rodent issue in this home and help provide tips to stop it from happening in the future!

Wisconsin home inspectors, once a staple of property sales, report rollercoaster of demand One inspector said his annual workload peaked at about 590 inspections in 2021 before slowing to 306 in 2022 and then 124 in 2023.

A quick reminder to everyone out there with a vacant property or listing, don’t forget to make sure the furnace is on. I inspected 3 houses in the last couple weeks where the furnace was still off from the summer/fall and the inside temps were in the 40s.

It’s hard to believe it’s already been 3 weeks of inspections. Thank you everyone for the overwhelming support, so far June has been better than I could hoped for! I performed an inspection today for a radio personality on Y100’s morning show (might be the nicest person I have ever met). This individual was very happy with my work and had hinted about a quick shout out on air! After 22+ years of serving the community, Chris Rank is retiring to Florida. As a result, Inspect-Rite Quality Home inspections, LLC is closed.

That being said, I am excited to announce that I will continue inspecting homes. I have started my own company, Encompass Home Inspections, LLC!

I have been performing home inspections for eight years, with 3,500+ inspections performed during that time. Your buyers and sellers can trust that my experience will help bring peace of mind to their transactions. By using the same inspection software and report style, I hope to make this transition as seamless as possible.

I would like to thank Chris and Tracy for all the opportunities over the years, and will be jealous that they are down in Florida when January comes!
