Our office is closed on major holidays and follows AASD inclement weather schedule. We are an open and affirming congregation of the United Church of Christ in Appleton, Wisconsin. We're committed to tolerance, justice, service and exploration, not dogma and rules. So no matter who you are or where you are on life's journey, you are welcome here.

Happy Pride month, friends! We praise God for the beautiful diversity of Creation - including the beautiful diversity of humankind. Each and every one of us is fearfully and wonderfully made in God's own image and called beloved. What a gift to journey together as disciples of Jesus in an inclusive community of faith!

Our Repair Fair was a resounding success this morning with many, many members, friends, and neighbors bringing items in to be mended, fixed, and tuned up!
Bonus: they were greeted by our brand new church sign, which matches all of our fabulous church t-shirts and hoodies. It’s much easier to read from the street so no one will wonder who inhabits the building on the ravine with the cool bridge.

The Sanctuary Choir gathered for an especially spectacular end-of-year party this week. There was swimming, singing, poetry, gifts, and much gratitude for the music ministries these dedicated musicians have shared. Thank you to everyone who participates in making our worship services filled with beauty and meaning!

Today we remember and honor the brave men and women who gave their lives in service to our country. Their sacrifice will never be forgotten.
As we gather with family and friends this Memorial Day, may we also take a moment to reflect with gratitude for those who gave everything for the freedoms we enjoy each day.
Wishing everyone a safe and meaningful Memorial Day.
As a reminder, Church Office will be closed today in observance.
