Winnebago County is experiencing a fatal overdoes surge. The presence of Fentanyl in most street drugs (including ma*****na) is causing a staggering number of overdoses and deaths. Fentanyl is up to 50 TIMES stronger than he**in and 100 times stronger than morphine.
Please if you or someone you love is experimenting with drugs or a daily user consider carrying NARCAN. It's completely legal to have NARCAN on your person. If you administer NARCAN and the person is not experiencing an overdoes it will do NO HARM. It's completely safe for anyone to take. It has no side effects other than blocking opioid receptors in the brain.
Narcan is provided free of charge to anyone. No personal information required.
