Hey mom & dad, look! All your kids are officially homeowners!🎉 An extra special closing today as I got to hand over the keys to my Sister & her boyfriend Liam on their very first home!🤍🏡 After a long weekend of (too much) snow, and a delayed closing- we finally made it to the closing table. I couldn’t be more proud of them and excited for their next chapter ahead. I feel so grateful to be able to experience this journey with them- it’s extra special.
Lastly, a huge thank you to Phil & Joe at Wells Fargo for always being so great to work with, and for putting in the extra work to get this one to the closing table. Cheers!🥂
