Save these tips for the next time you cookie stamp:
- Chill your dough, you want it to be cool but not dry
- Dip your stamp in loose flour between each stamp
- Roll dough in granulated sugar to prevent sticking (I used cinnamon sugar for these!)ā
- Rock the stamp gently to release the designā
- Use a round cutter for perfectly shaped cookiesā

peach cobbler filling (I did eyeball this fyi): 2 peaches, 3 tbsp brown sugar, lemon juice from half a lemon, some cornstarch, cinnamon, salt, and water. Simmer until peaches are cooked down and smell delicious!
Snickerdoodles!! Iām not a big recipe development girl but snickerdoodle are an essential fall cookie for me and I havenāt been able to find a good stamped snickerdoodle cookie already out there so Iām trying to come up with one for you guys!

Thereās something so satisfying about a thumbprint-style cookie stamp. This year alone these cookie stamps have turned into so many different flavor combinations and itās been one of my favorite ways to get creative in the kitchen!

Peach Cobbler Cookies šāļøĀ Each cookie feels like eating a little slice of summer! I made a snickerdoodle cinnamony cookie for the base and whipped up a quick, homemade peach cobbler inspired jam with fresh peaches, brown sugar, lemon, and cornstarch for the filling. I feel so blessed by what a good peach season weāve had up in Wisconsin this summer.

Cookie Stamping Tips:
- use a recipe that is meant for cookie texture!! Iām always happy to share ones that Iāve found and liked š
- Chill your cookie dough before stamping, you want it to be cool but not stiff
- Dust flour over the cookie dough AND dip your cookie stamp into loose flour between each stamp
