St Mary Parish Quilt Group

Hip, Hip, Hooray! We are finally able to get back together to start sewing once again and back to our regular schedule. We will be meeting the 3rd Wed of the month from 8:30 to 3 and the 1st Tues evening of the month from 6 to 8:30 in the St Anne’s room...take the elevator as marked. Of course social distancing, masks, no shared food, etc. There is a kitchen with microwave and k cup coffee...bring your own cups! We hope to see everyone soon!

It is with a heavy heart that we had to cancel the Summer Quilt Retreat st St. Mary's. I hope that we can soon be able to get together, chat and sew! As for me, I already had the days off of work so I am going to see how strong my will-power is to just sew and sew at home. I hope everyone stays healthy in these difficult times. Blessings to all!

Putting my staff to work making masks today...15 done.

In an abundance of caution, all quilting group events are cancelled until further notice. That means no Tuesday evening and no Wednesday get together until further notice. Also we WILL NOT be gathering next Friday, the 20th, to make the Grieving Center quilts. We will reschedule this activity.

Perhaps we are over reacting, but “better safe than sorry”. Stay well friends!

Enjoy quilting, sewing, knitting or crocheting? Need to get out of the house? Well, have we got an offer for you! The first Wednesday of every month, we meet in the community room at 9:00am and work on our projects. Pop in at any time, the more the merrier!

Also, the third Tuesday of every month we meet at 6:00pm and sew until 8:00. We're a fun group and would love to see you there!
