Super big shout out to Elite Tumbling and Coach Ryan for working with some of our All Stars this summer! We loved seeing the progress they made, and how much fun they had each week!

We are so thankful for STEPH WNEK to have come in and choreograph an AWESOME routine for our Senior Small Hip Hop Team. 💜

Why start dance at a young age? There are so many benefits!

* Builds coordination – Helps children learn to control their arms, legs, balance, and body movements.

* Develops gross motor skills – Running, jumping, skipping, turning, and balancing strengthen fundamental movement skills.

* Improves rhythm and musicality – Children begin learning how to move with music, count beats, and recognize patterns.

* Encourages confidence – Performing in front of teachers and classmates helps children become comfortable expressing themselves.

* Develops listening skills – Following directions and remembering simple combinations teaches focus and concentration.

* Encourages socialization – Children learn to participate in a group, take turns, make friends, and work together.

* Builds independence – Learning to follow a class routine without a parent beside them can be an important early step toward independence.

* Promotes creativity – Dance gives toddlers an opportunity to explore movement and express their personalities.

* Prepares them for future dance training – Starting young allows children to become comfortable with basic positions, terminology, rhythm, coordination, and classroom expectations before more advanced training begins.

* Most importantly, it’s FUN! – Positive early experiences can help children develop a lifelong love of dance.
