This week's honor goes to one of our most selfless and dependable players; Reeder Luedtke! Whether it's stepping into a new position or doing the little things that don't always show up in the box score, he does it all with a great attitude and a team-first mindset. His WE over ME mentality sets the tone for our program. Shifting roles isn't always easy, but he handles it with grace, grit, and a willingness to do whatever it takes to help the team succeed.

Please help me congratulate our Blue Collar Athletes of the Week; Michael Gwiazdon and Alex Hammond! These two gentlemen are perfect examples of what it means to be a blue-collar athlete. Michael's gritty determination and fierce competitiveness on the mound set the tone for the entire team, while Alex's selflessness and willingness to do whatever it takes to help the team speaks volumes about his commitment. Both players understand that success isn't about personal recognition; it's about putting the team first and doing the work, day in and day out. They are exactly the kind of athletes we celebrate with the Blue Collar Athlete of the Week Award! Congrats fellas!
