We delivered this adorable trestle table this week. I'm in love with how beautiful is it with their existing chairs and floors.
The base is painted antique white and the top is distressed and stained in antique gray.

We got one more table delivered today - just in time for Thanksgiving. This 4-1/2' round pedestal table is stained in provincial with the base painted antique white. The 6 cross back chairs were all stained in provincial as well. It looks amazing in the customers kitchen

We've been on the "big table train" here lately. The previous table we delivered was 8' x 43". THIS TABLE IS 9' x 4.5' !!!
It's massive. And beautiful. The top was made from 2" thick red oak. The wood came from a tree that was hit by lightening. It was cut down, milled and kiln dried for this table top. The top was finished with just a clear coat of polyurethane to show off the beautiful wood. The base is a trestle style with 3 pedestals and a 10" wide stretcher beam. It's so big it had to be built in parts and assembled in the customers home. (No idea what the final weight is but it took 6 strong men to carry each table top half 😳

We recently delivered this 8' truss and beam table with bench and 5 chairs. The base and chairs are painted in Saltbox Blue from Olde Century Paints and the top is stained colonial maple. It looks beautiful with the customer's blue island.

When do you start decorating for fall?

With wishful thinking before the weather turns cool ? Or, wait until October?

Personally, I like to start putting bits and pieces out gradually in September and as we get towards the end of the month, beef up the Halloween decor. Halloween comes down on November 1 and the focus is on harvest until Thanksgiving.
Our FALL OPEN HOUSE is the weekend after Labor Day but fall decor is popping up in the shop now. Have you been by lately?
