Just getting back from an amazing family vacation, but I missed all my ladies and I'm excited to get back to it tomorrow!!!

I had absolutely no motivation to workout today; between household chores, the rain, the Superbowl later, you name it they were excuses.. Then this firecracker came to me and asked if we could workout in the gym.. so here we are. 💪🏼

Ohhhh look who's starting to make reels 😆. I'll catch up with social media one day, maybe 🤷🏼‍♀️

January has been a busy month, all of my ladies have been enjoying the new set up and putting in a ton of work. Let's go 2024!!! ❤️♀️

New Year New Gym!! We may have been closed this past week but we definitely weren't sitting around doing nothing! Phase one of the new gym is done and ready for clients tomorrow. ♀️🏋🏼‍♀️💪🏼

It has been so rewarding seeing my dream come to fruition. My clients mean the world to me and they are at the forefront of all my decisions for JDM. What started out as a simple idea to help a few women get more out of their fitness experience has grown leaps and bounds, and I couldn't do it without all of my favorite ladies❤️. I'm so grateful for the trust they place in me, their hard work and dedication, and the fun we get to have together (not sure they would always refer to it as fun in the moment but they're always smiling when it's over 🤣 😊).

Here's to hoping 2024 brings you joy, success, and fulfillment!!!

This lady is the epitome of hard work and dedication! She shows up to every session ready to work! There's nothing more rewarding as a trainer than working with someone who is excited about their program and and willing to put in the work on their own time. That truly is the only way results can happen!

Today was bittersweet! After working together for 6 months, Michelle is headed back to work as a first grade teacher. I am so incredibly proud of her and will miss seeing her smile at 645AM.

She came to me with a goal weight, but wanted to reach it in a sustainable way. During our time together she's lost over 18lbs, while gaining muscle‼️ (which put her below her original goal weight). There was no yoyo dieting; she simply showed up for herself. We met twice a week, she's engaged in an active lifestyle, and knows how to feed her body for success. I have no doubt she's going to be able to maintain her best self ♥️♀️
