We partnered with Sullivan Surgery & Spa to transform a former retail space in downtown Annapolis into a med spa. The renovation reworked the open plan to introduce private consultation and treatment rooms, creating a functional layout that supports both clinical needs and client experience.

We partnered with The Yard Gym in Annapolis, MD to create a modern, high-energy training space rooted in community and performance. The renovation transformed a former retail space into a functional, open gym environment designed to support strength, conditioning, and group training.

‘Tis the season of giving and we’re so grateful for our amazing community! Thanks to the generosity of private donors, more than 50 children in foster care will receive Christmas gifts chosen just for them.

Opening our doors and hearts to deliver these gifts is humbling, heartwarming, and joyful all at the same time. Every year, the support grows—and it’s inspiring to see so many ask how they can be a part of this incredible effort to bring Christmas Joy to children in foster care.

Since 2019, Studio 343 has been an invaluable partner—hosting CASA board and committee meetings, serving as a holiday gift pick-up site, providing storage and coordination space for our Gala, and lending their time and talents to our golf tournament.

We recently had the pleasure of participating in the annual Feeding Hope event in support of the Anne Arundel County Food Bank. As architects, we were tasked with tapping into our architectural expertise to produce “canstruction” drawings for a structure to be built during the event. We are excited to share a status update on a project we are working on with Green Street Housing, LLC, Laurel Grove Acres located in Federalsburg, Maryland.
