In summer, business is slower. To avoid dumping more bottles that expire, I will make batches and then deep freeze them to maximize life. Once thawed, they are as good as fresh before 6mo.
This being said, if you plan to pickup bottles, please message me before and I will move to the fridge for you! I will start to pickup business again mid August.
