👐✨ Sensory Play at KC Learning Center! ✨👐

Sensory play is more than just fun—it’s an important way for children to explore, learn, and engage with their environment! 💙

Our kiddos have been getting hands-on with sensory bins filled with beads, water, shaving cream, and more. These activities provide opportunities to practice fine motor skills, communication, following directions, tolerance of different textures, and independent play—all while having a great time! 🫧💦

We love finding fun, meaningful ways to help our kiddos learn through play! 💙

🎉 Happy 3-Year Anniversary, Tara! 🎉

We’re celebrating 3 amazing years with Tara! 💙 Tara is fun, reliable, loved by our clients, and always willing to go above and beyond to help our team and the kiddos we serve.

Thank you, Tara, for bringing so much positivity, dedication, and heart to KC Learning Center. We’re so lucky to have you! 🥳💙

💙 Growing Together at KC Learning Center! 💙

Some of the best learning happens when our kiddos are simply having fun together! From playing side-by-side to sharing laughs and practicing those important social skills, we love watching friendships grow. 🥰

Every interaction is an opportunity to practice sharing, taking turns, communicating, and connecting with others! 🫶

Today we're celebrating 4 incredible years with one of our amazing RBTs, Alora! 💙

Your hard work, dedication, and genuine love for our clients shine through every single day. You always give your best, fill our center with music and laughter, and make a lasting impact on the children and families we serve.

Thank you for four wonderful years of compassion, positivity, and commitment. We're so grateful to have you as part of the KC Learning Center family. Here's to many more! 🎉

Last week, our clients participated in a simulated fire drill to practice safely evacuating the building in the event of an emergency. 🚒🔥

Our learners did an amazing job following directions, transitioning outside, and practicing important safety skills—and we're so proud of our staff for helping make the drill run smoothly!

The best part? After the drill, our clients had the opportunity to meet our local firefighters, explore the fire truck, and ask questions. It was such a fun and memorable experience!

A huge thank you to our local fire department for taking the time to visit and helping us make fire safety both educational and exciting. ❤️

Happy 2-Year Anniversary, Jey! 🎉

While you've been part of our story for much longer, today we're celebrating two years since your return to the team! Your dedication, compassion, and genuine love for our clients make a difference every single day. The kids absolutely adore you, and we're so grateful for everything you do.

Thank you for being such a valued member of our team - we're lucky to have you! 💙

We’re ready for you, summer! ☀️🕶️🍉

At KC Learning Center, our favorite type of learning happens outside! We are fortunate to have access to a fenced in yard and walking paths.

Outside learning allows us to practice ABA in the most naturalistic way! We identify items, practice crossing the street, model communication in real time, and engage in meaningful ways together socially.

Stayed tuned for a summer full of fun, memories, and learning! 🌞🍉
