ANA Synchro is the competitive synchronized swimming team of the Merrimack Valley YMCA. The team embraces the Y core values of caring, honesty, respect and responsibility to provide a positive and character-building youth sports experience. The team is open to girls ages 6 to 19, while offering multiple levels of instruction and competition. Synchronized swimming combines music, dance and swimming

Big smiles and big splashes at the Merrimack Valley YMCA! Our Synchro Inclusion program brought together swimmers of all abilities to learn artistic swimming, build confidence, and form lasting friendships.
From team-building to underwater choreography, participants dove into a supportive space where everyone could shine. Thank you to Foundation and all who made this inclusive journey possible!

Our 12&U and Youth teams have been crushing it this past weekend at the Junior Olympics! Our 12&Us swam basemark-free routines for duets and team! 🎉 From Youth, Sara Jina finished 10th in solo! 🩷
We can’t wait to see them compete the rest of their routines! Go ANA! 💪

Last weekend our novices attended the novice meet. Thank you to all the parents and older athletes for helping out with the meet! To our novices, we are so proud of them for competing at their first competition ever!

Last week our Youth and 12&Under teams went to Ohio to compete in youth nationals and 12&U invitationals! Our 12&Under team was able to move up one place in finals due to high figure placements. Despite the obstacles, our youth team was able to make quick adjustments and succeeded in performing all acrobatics with a brand new flyer! Youth duets also all performed basemark-free routines. Additionally, youth team member Sara Jina competed in phase 3 of national team trials. We are so proud of all our athletes!
