Erwin Cemetery Association

Our 2025 Annual Membership Meeting has been scheduled for Sunday, May 4 from 3-4PM. This year we will be meeting at the cemetery so bring your lawn chairs. We will also be doing some cleanup of the gravesites and grave markers. We have mailed meeting notices/agendas to everyone on our membership list, so if you did not receive one please go to our website and update your contact information using the online member information form.

Pursuant to Article IV of the Constitution and Bylaws, this notice is provided to the membership of a meeting of the Board on Wednesday, March 13, 2019, from 6:30 pm to 8:00 pm. This meeting will be conducted by conference call. Any member who wishes to attend the meeting should email the Board Secretary at [email protected] so that instructions on how to join the call can be provided.

Article 9 of the Constitution and Bylaws require that the grave space selected for a member must be approved by a majority of the Board of Directors. To assist members in obtaining this approval, we have posted two documents on Google Drive. The first document is a step by step description of the approval process, and the second document is the Grave Space Request Form.
