Polish Club

That’s a wrap on Meet the Crew Week! 💖✨🙌

We love pouring your drinks, but honestly, getting to know all of you is why we do what we do! This hidden gem wouldn't be the same without our amazing regulars and the legendary women behind the bar running the show.

From opening morning b**rs to late night weekend shenanigans, Brandi (B), Melissa (Red), Katrina (Kat), Hilary (Hilz), Regina (Gina), and Jennifer (JB) are here to make sure you always leave happier (and a little rowdier) than when you walked in.

Let's show the entire staff some love to close out the week!

👇 TAKE THE QUIZ IN THE COMMENTS: 👇

Who pours your favorite drink?

Who gives you the most sass?

Who’s going to hand you today’s winning pull tab?

Drop your answers below, tag your favorite drinking buddy who needs to come down to the club, and come see us for a cold one! 🍻🎉

Meet the Crew Week: The Boss Lady! 🌟🍻

To close out our week of staff introductions, we’re honoring the lady in charge: Jennifer!

From bartending/managing back in 2000 to becoming co-owner alongside her dad (Steve Sokol) in 2016, Jennifer has dedicated decades to building, improving, and protecting her family’s legacy. She handles all the behind-the-scenes magic that makes the Polish Club the hidden gem we all know and love!

Show Jennifer some love and appreciation in the comments down below, and stay tuned tomorrow for our full team recap! 🍹✨

Meet the Crew Week: Day 5! 🎉🍻

We’re nearing the end of our weekday features with the newest face behind our bar: Regina!

While she just joined the PC crew this year in 2026, Regina is definitely not new to the game. She brought her bartending experience from around town straight to our bar, because when you want to work with the best, you join the best!

She’s also our resident sports fanatic! Whether your favorite team is playing or there’s a big matchup on the screens, Regina will gladly talk stats, root for a win, and watch all the games right alongside you while she keeps your glass full. 🏈⚾🍻

Catch Regina holding down the bar every Wednesday evening and on her weekend rotation!

Are you catching a game with Regina on her next shift? Drop a comment below to give her a big Polish Club welcome! 🍹👇

Come say hi to Regina this weekend. Check back tomorrow for one more introduction and keep an eye out for our big finale! ✨ 😉

Meet the Crew Week: Day 4! 💙✨

Thursday is here, and today’s spotlight is on the one and only Hilary!

Hilary joined the Polish Club behind the bar in 2025 and fit right in from day one. Between her big smile and just the right dose of humor and sass, she always keeps things entertaining behind the bar!

She’s also our resident mixology photographer...if she mixes up a pretty drink for you, expect her to snap a quick photo and post her masterpiece straight to social media! 📸🍹

Whether she’s serving up your favorite cold drink, handing out winning pull tabs, or cracking jokes to make you laugh after a long day, Hilary brings the best energy to every shift.

You can catch her holding down the bar every Monday evening and on her weekend rotations!

Have you ever had one of your drink orders featured on her page, or do you have a favorite creation she’s mixed up for you? Show her some love in the comments! 📸🍹👇

Check back tomorrow as we feature our newest member of our team! 🍻

Meet the Crew Week: Day 3! 🫧✨

The mid-week party continues today as we highlight the queen of our daytime crowd: Katrina!

Holding down the bar Monday through Friday from 10AM to 5PM since 2024, Katrina is quick with a joke, and delightfully whimsical. Whether she’s pouring your lunch break cold one, handing out winning pull tabs, or randomly filling the bar with bubbles to brighten your day, there’s never a dull moment when she’s on shift!

How do you take your afternoon visit with Katrina...cold b**r, hot pull tab, or a surprise shower of bubbles? Let us know in the comments! 🍻👇

Stop in to say hi during her weekday shift, and check back tomorrow for Day 4 of our staff features! 🍻

Meet the Crew Week: Day 2! 👋✨

The introductions continue today with another absolute fan favorite behind the bar: Melissa, better known to everyone as Red!

Red has been slinging drinks and bringing the good vibes to the Polish Club since 2021. If you’ve ever sat at her bar, you know two things are guaranteed: she’s always smiling, and her quick wit will keep you laughing all night long!

Catch Red holding down the bar every single Tuesday evening and on her regular weekend rotation.

Drop a comment below with your favorite memory with Red or your go-to drink when she’s on shift! Check back tomorrow for our next staff feature! 🍻
