When violence is minimized, survivors are silenced. This DVAM, we invite our community to stand with survivors. We can create a safe and healthy community for all by listening, believing, and refusing to normalize abuse.

October is Domestic Violence Awareness Month! This year's theme from the Domestic Violence Awareness Project is "With Survivors, Always". This theme is to show survivors we are with them no matter where they are at in their journey. Being with survivors, always is supporting them in their decisions and validating their experience.

We hope you're enjoying the fall season so far! Our children's case manager got all of us ready for the season change with this cute bulletin board. We are grateful she shares her creative talents with us and helps brighten our space!

You don't have to be the person directly involved to make a difference. Being an upstander means recognizing when something doesn't feel right or noticing unhealthy behaviors. Here are some ways you can help!
