🌟 Member Spotlight: Welcome Chef Felicia Grady!

We are thrilled to welcome our newest member, Chef Felicia Grady, an accomplished executive chef, entrepreneur, and culinary educator whose passion for food and community impact has shaped an inspiring career.

Chef Felicia is the founder of Plate it Up Catering, established in 2019, where she creates memorable culinary experiences while mentoring the next generation of food professionals. Expanding her impact even further, she launched the Children's Culinary Workshop in 2022, inspiring young chefs to explore creativity, confidence, and opportunity through the culinary arts.

Since 2017, Chef Felicia has served as both an Instructor and Proctor for ServSafe, demonstrating her commitment to food safety, industry excellence, and professional development.

In September 2024, she published her award-winning cookbook, It's a Party in My Mouth, Let's Eat!!!, which received the Best Cookbook Award from the American Writing Awards.

Chef Felicia was also honored as Chef of the Year by the American Culinary Federation, where she currently serves as Secretary on the Board, continuing to elevate the culinary profession. She is the founder of the Tasty Teen Collective, a proud member of the National Association of Women Business Owners (NAWBO), and contributes her leadership on several community boards.

Further highlighting her culinary leadership, Chef Felicia served as a Judge for the World Food Championships in Indianapolis in November 2024.

With a career defined by innovation, mentorship, and a love for food, Chef Felicia remains dedicated to uplifting her community and sharing her culinary expertise across every platform she touches.

🌟 Member Spotlight: Welcome Melody Gillette, MS, BSN, RN!

We are thrilled to welcome our newest member, a highly accomplished Registered Nurse bringing more than 40 years of clinical and leadership experience to our community.

Melody earned her BSN from The Ohio State University and her MS in Health Care Planning Administration from the University of Cincinnati. With deep expertise in Surgical Services, her nursing career has taken her across the country and even abroad through multiple medical mission trips.

After 12 years serving as a Traveling Interim Leader with B.E. Smith, she relocated to Indiana and followed her passion for helping others by opening Hydration Health and Wellness in 2022, where she proudly serves as both Owner and Provider.

Her mission is simple yet powerful: to help clients optimize their health and support them throughout their wellness journey. Her dedication to patients, families, and communities shines through in everything she does.

We’re excited to have her as part of InerG Impact and look forward to the expertise, compassion, and leadership she brings.

As a National Board-Certified Health and Wellness Coach, Beth integrates holistic strategies with an evidence-based coaching framework to guide clients in building sustainable habits, preventing lifestyle-related disease, and fostering emotional resilience.

A passionate educator and expert in holistic wellness and functional nutrition, Beth brings creativity and compassion to her work. She also leads wellness workshops, cooking demonstrations, and customized programs for community organizations and businesses across East Central Indiana.

🌟 Member Spotlight: Welcome Gene Fletcher!

We’re thrilled to welcome Gene Fletcher to the InerG Impact community!

Gene Fletcher is a longtime Anderson resident, devoted husband and father, coach, and founder of Combat Ministries, Inc. For more than two decades, Gene has dedicated his life to helping individuals discover purpose and confidence through Christ, while leaning into his passion for martial arts and leadership development.

A 2005 graduate of Anderson University, Gene has served as a Youth Pastor, Martial Arts Instructor and Coach, and now Executive Director of The Center by Combat Ministries, home to the organization’s martial arts program, Freedom Martial Arts & Fitness.

With nearly 40 years of training in multiple disciplines — including Taekwondo, Kickboxing, Judo, Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu, Karate, and various weapons arts — Gene teaches that self-defense is more than physical technique. It is attitude, awareness, presence, and posture — an art of “fighting without fighting.”

We’re honored to have Coach Fletcher share his expertise and heart with the InerG Impact community.
