While in Juneau, I had the opportunity to create some really fun tattoo pieces and even enter a few into the competition. Although I didn’t take home a win, the entire experience still felt like a victory. Being surrounded by so many talented artists, reconnecting with friends, and doing what I love made it an unforgettable event.

2026 marks a new chapter for Ink Therapy—new beginnings, a new location, and continued prosperity.

While I’ve truly loved my current space, I realized it no longer provides the room needed for both my clients and myself to fully enjoy the tattoo experience—especially when friends or family are present. With that in mind, I’ve found a new location that offers a more comfortable and spacious environment, allowing clients to bring their support system and enjoy the process without feeling crowded. I’m excited to continue creating in a space that better serves you all. The current space reflects a vibrant, colorful environment that has become a meaningful expression of personality and creativity. In contrast, the new space you see represents the beginning of a significant transition. While it requires substantial updates to meet all regulations and operational standards, it holds the potential to become an exceptional and inspiring environment for creation. This transition marks an exciting opportunity to build a space that supports growth, artistry, and an elevated client experience. Thank you to everyone who’s been part of this journey. Don’t use aquaphor on tattoos! I’ve been screaming that for years!

Don’t use Aquaphor to heal your tattoos!!! All jokes aside tattoos that are healed by Aquaphor can come out nice. However since it is a petroleum based product your skin can not absorb it like it would be able to absorb a naturally moisturizing product like lotion or a butter/cream! When seeing tattoos that are healed by a petroleum based products you can see the dramatic difference that it has to a tattoo that was healed with a butter/cream, it is lighter, not as vibrant and can have spots where ink fell out due to suffocation of the fresh tattoo!
