TRUApp Energy by Tex R Us Badami, an oil field about 25 miles east of Prudhoe Bay, was idle for five years in the early 2000s until Savant Alaska, in partnership with a wholly owned subsidiary of Arctic Slope Regional Corporation, revived it.
