Our name JCA represents the initials of our family—founder John, son Chris, and daughter Arianna. Paul Swordsmen!) and raising a family in Southern California, we know how important it is to be able to provide that security and stability for your family, which is why we’ve partnered with insurance companies that align with our core values of experience, family, and security. We are an independent insurance agency and our goal is to help you find the right coverage to ensure your family is protected. After more than 40 years in insurance, I’ve learned that one of the most important parts of having insurance is understanding what you actually have before you need it.

After 40 years in insurance, I’ve learned that people don’t just need someone to sell them a policy.
They need someone who will listen, explain, ask the right questions, and be there when things don’t go according to plan.
Over the years, I’ve seen businesses grow, families change, homes get rebuilt, and unexpected situations turn into very real insurance decisions.
And one lesson has stayed with me:
Good insurance isn’t just about having coverage. It’s about understanding what you have and knowing it still makes sense for your life or business.
That’s why I’ve always believed in building relationships,
NOT transactions.
Because when you’ve worked with someone for years, you get to know more than their policies.
You understand what they’ve built, what they value, and what they’re trying to protect.
And after four decades in this business, that’s still the part of insurance I value most.
