Starting on November 20, we will be doing a ‘mini’ chefs tasting including:

Pommes Lyonnaise: crispy local potatoes, caramelized onions, parsley, and warm spices

French Bistro Salad: local greens, Dijon vinaigrette, pickled red onion, and hazelnuts

Cassoulet: braised pork, chicken + white bean stew, with pork belly, and crusty bread
