You may know him as one of the 2 Zach’s but this Zach was the original Zach, or “Zatch” as we would introduce him, to see if people would call him that. Zach is usually on service bar so guests may not interact with him as much but that’s because he is an absolute beast on service bar, usually handling Saturday nights by himself. Zach was poached by James (yours truly) from a previous restaurant we worked together at before. And boy, I’m glad I did. Zach has been an exemplary employee with his dedication to finding ways to improve everyday. He’s been a friend, a leader, and a core asset to our team. Although Zach still bartends full time, he also got a promotion to floor manager 9 months ago. So here’s to you Zach. You bring a lot to the Spring House Tavern in the way you show up everyday and you’re a really great bartender in your own weird way.
