Rebel Animal Rescue

Stormy had another fun filled day at Amarillo Fetch yesterday! Then, on her way back to the shop, our foster/volunteer Amanda took her for a pup cup!

These days out really do make a difference! If you want to take a dog out for a day and then bring them back, Stormy would love to have you! Schedule a Bark Break at https://cal.com/rebel-animal-rescue/bark-break-doggy-s-day-out?overlayCalendar=true to take her out on an adventure!

Stormy is also still looking for her special person! She is 6 years old, spayed, chipped, fully vaccinated, heartworm negative, and utd on flea/tick/hw preventative. She needs a home with NO cats, and would prefer to be the only dog in your life as well since she can get jealous at times and cause a little drama. 😅 She is happy to be your shadow, whether that is relaxing on the couch, sleeping at the foot of your bed, or going out on the town! The greatest thing in the world to Stormy is YOU! ❤ She bonds quickly and deeply, and will be an amazing companion for someone.

Right now, her adoption fee is waived for the perfect home! Come see you this Sunday at Petco 2-4 and see if she's your perfect match!

You can apply in advance at https://new.shelterluv.com/matchme/adopt/RATX/Dog (This does not hold her, but does help expedite the process AND gives us some insight into your lifestyle and any challenges we may need to talk through.)

A couple weeks ago, we posted about a litter of 7 puppies faced with euthanasia due to an overcrowded shelter. We were able to get them out in time with the help of several amazing fosters.

Now comes the hard part. 😬 We need to raise $300 by tomorrow to get them all spayed. 🫣

It's a tall order, but we know our supporters can fill it!

If you have anything you are able to give, whether it is $1, $10, or $20, please visit https://givebutter.com/coffee-puppies-next-steps-zqplie to donate!

Let's get these pups ready for their future!

This girl's spay is tomorrow and we need help covering the cost! If you can help, please donate at https://www.rebelanimalrescue.org/support

🎨🍷 CALLING ALL LOCAL ARTISTS! 🍷🎨
Paint for a Purpose: Uncorked for a Cause

Rebel Animal Rescue is looking for local artists who want to turn a blank w**e bottle into a one-of-a-kind work of art, and help save animals while doing it! 🐾

We're hosting Uncorked for a Cause at Bar Z W**ery on November 28, 2026, and we're putting together a special W**e Bottle Art Auction to benefit the animals of Rebel Animal Rescue.

Here's how it works:

🍷 Rebel provides the w**e bottle.
🎨 You provide the creativity!
🐾 Together, we raise money to save lives.

We're inviting local artists to take a w**e bottle provided by Rebel and transform it into an original piece of art. Your style, your vision, your creativity!

Animal and rescue themes are encouraged, but you absolutely don't have to be an animal artist. We want to see all kinds of creativity!

The finished bottles will be displayed at Uncorked for a Cause, where guests will have the opportunity to bid on their favorites. All proceeds from the art auction will benefit Rebel Animal Rescue.

Artists will be recognized at the event and featured in our promotional materials and social media as we showcase the incredible pieces being created.

Interested in participating?

Send us a message or email by October 31st to get your bottle and join the project!

Let's take something ordinary, make it extraordinary, and turn art into second chances. ❤️

🍷 Uncork creativity.
🎨 Create something beautiful.
🐾 Help save a life.
