We are a full-service meat market and have been serving the Amarillo area and beyond since 1982. Edes produces all products from scratch on site.
Edes only sells top quality beef, pork, poultry, lamb, fish and other meats. At one time or another, ALL of the meats we sell they have won a grand champion award either state or national. Although our quality is higher, our prices are comparable to grocery store prices. Edes is a premier butcher providing the higest quaility meats for Amarillo, Canyon and the Texas Panhandle. We eliminate the middle man.
