Hey everybody, I wanted to touch a few points of nutrition, when it comes to BCAAs - branch chain amino acids. Essentially what they’re describing is the building blocks of protein.

Literally long chains of amino acids that make up different types of proteins. To better understand this you should have a decent understanding of amino acids themselves as well as a decent understanding of how your body uses protein.

Keep in mind if you are consuming different types foods like fish, eggs, nuts, and dark leafy greens you really don’t need to worry about supplementing
BCAAs.

Let’s talk about cholesterol! The ups and downs…
first thing to know is the different kinds of cholesterol that work hand and hand with each other. While cholesterol may have a negative outlook brought upon itself, it does have its benefits. LDL cholesterol which is considered the bad stuff, can build up over time inside your veins and clog them up if you don’t take care of yourself properly. HDL cholesterol also known as high density lipoprotein is considered healthy/ good cholesterol and travels through your bloodstream collecting Low density lipoproteins that have got stuck. Similar to how a magnet can collect tiny iron particles that look like dust. You get the good cholesterol by staying consistent with your cardiovascular workouts. 30-60 minutes of high intensity cardio exercise should suffice.
