Phase 2 of Texas City Grand Toy Storage is moving along at a rapid pace. Started in June and we are out of the ground with the 4th building being erected, 4 more to go!

Should have occupancy on the first 2 buildings next week so they can lease em out!

This one is much appreciated. We have worked for Landry’s Development for 23 years. This customer has been life changing for me and my family. I have had the opportunity to work for this amazing company when it first started.

We came to Landry’s when the Kemah Boardwalk was being built in the late 90’s. I was fresh out of highschool working with my dad as a carpenter. When Six Flags Astroworld and Water world shut down alot of the Premier Park executives moved to Landry’s to build the Kemah Boardwalk. Calhoun Construction at that time made the move with them and started what would be a 20 plus year journey of development and renovations to 100’s of properties throughout the Nation.

We are very greatfull to receive this award. I get asked all the time about the type of work we do. It’s hard to explain exactly what type of work we do. Working for a customer of this magnitude allows you to work on literally everything. I tell most people we are a Commercial Renovation Contractor in the Hospitality, Resturant, and Entertainment Theme Park Business. We are not allowed to post pictures on Social Media anymore due to the proprietary concepts, which I completely understand.

Some would never know that Landry’s has a huge development company that self performs all of there construction projects as a Construction Management Firm also known as Landry’s Development Inc. These guys are the best of the best hands down. It’s been an honor to work with these guys for 23 years and I look forward to the next 23.
