I believe the year was 85 or 86. Sammy Hagar (The Red Rocker) had recently joined Van Halen. I got to hang with the guys shortly thereafter. This is us at the old arena. For one of my first concerts after joining KSHE 95 - Real Rock Radio here in St. Louis. Great memories, great photo great band! The guys knew me from my time on MTV mornings and my time as host of Headbangers Ball on MTV SiriusXM 🎵 Diggin' the SMASH on My Mix 94.3 FM 3 to 6 PM Monday through Friday and then Saturday mornings nine till noon!
