“Flying High at Cloverleaf”

The infamous Louis Williams made an ace on the par 3, 3rd hole on Tuesday. Witnessed by Willie Warren and Jimmy Bone, Louie (as we all affectionately call him) hit his ping 7 iron crisply 120 yards and attained perfection at the bottom of the cup.

October is just around the corner and we are thinking a nice dark l***r goes great with a fall round at the Leaf! Book your tee time today at cloverleafgolfcourse.com

Good Morning Cloverleaf Patrons,

We have a lot of great tournament oppurtunities for players of all skills levels coming up the next month and half. I will post the flyers for each individual tournament in the comments below. Most of the events we are taking registration for by calling the clubhouse at (618)-462-3022. Thank you all for your continued support and as always Long Live the Leaf!

"A blind squirrel finds a nut every once in a while"

Direct quote from one of our favorite patron's John Ulrich of Brighton,IL, as he described his ace on the Par 3 7th hole today at Cloverleaf. At 82 years young, John ripped his ping 7 wood landing just short of the hole. The search commenced and after a couple minutes, the only place left to look was the cup. Low and Behold, John's Pinnacle rested at the bottom of the cup just waiting to be discovered. Ironically, both John's Aces have come on Lucky Number 7 at the Leaf.

Cheers Mr. Ulrich from the friendly staff at Cloverleaf.

Only question is who will be the next one to get Lucky at the Leaf?

Here are the results for the 73rd Annual Alton Gold Medal. Thank you for all participants who fought it out in the heat and rain to make this weekend a truly memorable occasion.

If you were unable to stick around to collect your winnings you can pick them up at Cloverleaf Golf Course, all that is required is a photo ID.
