This is Part 1 to our Mold Remediation project over in Winter Park, Florida. This was a loss due to a vertical leak from the unit above, come along as we show you around the project!

Same household, 2 different areas affected by mold. We came in, protected the carpet, sealed off our containment, and got to work!

This was a rare project that ending up showcases DryMetrics’ full range of work. What seemed to only be a simple Fire Restoration from the lightning, turned into Water Mitigation from the storm, and then finally Mold Remediation from the standing water after delays!

And just with every one of our projects, after all that damage, the home was restored back to pre-loss conditions!
