The CBS's Grammy Awards only saw a 1.4% increase in audience size from last year's virtual ceremonies. Even with the overall total adjusting up to 9.4 million viewers in Nielsen's Live + Same day, it was still a record low for the awards show as the January 2020 Grammy Awards was estimated to have an 18.8 million tuning in. 💽📺

Batter up! NBCUniversal's Peacock just announced an exclusive multi-year Sunday Morning national TV package of Major League Baseball games. Starting next month, Peacock will run 18 games (one per week) with pre-game and post-game programming. The first game will be simulcast on NBC Television Network and the remainder 17 games will run exclusively on Peacock. Major League Baseball seems to be on a streaming roll as follows Apple TV+'s "Friday Night Baseball Package". ⚾📺🦚

Nielsen reported a surge in viewership of ABC's 94th Academy Awards- up 56% YOY to 15.4 million viewers. According to iSpot, streaming services collectively had the most share of impressions overall with a 20.5% SOV. Co-viewing On CTV Apps Slightly Outpaces Linear TV Tubi had the highest co-viewing among ad-supported CTV platforms, followed by HBO Max and Hulu, then YouTube and Discovery+. Movies had the highest co-viewing score at 73.2% of the time, with TV episodes at 54.8%.
