Today, we celebrate the dads, father figures, and men who lead with love, strength, and grace.
Whether you're honoring your father, remembering someone special, or encouraging a dad in your life, take a moment to share this prayer and let them know they are appreciated.
Happy Father's Day. 💙
Faith is often built in the small moments.
A quiet prayer. A grateful heart. A little more kindness.
Simple moments can draw us closer to God every day.

If your newborn needs specialized care, the NICU becomes a place of strength, healing, and hope.
There are four levels of NICU care — each thoughtfully designed around your newborn’s unique needs, so they receive the right support at the right time.
At AdventHealth for Children in Orlando, our Level IV NICU provides advanced care for even the most complex needs, surrounding your family with guidance and support every step of the way.

The connections we build make a lasting impact in our communities.
Throughout the year, AdventHealth Altamonte team members volunteer alongside local organizations, supporting programs, sharing resources, and building meaningful connections across Central Florida.
We’re grateful for the many ways our team comes together in partnership with community partners to strengthen the well-being of those we serve and bring whole-person care closer to home. 💙
Some reminders are worth coming back to again and again.
You are loved deeply, cared for fully, and never walking alone.
No matter what this season looks like, God is near.

CPR can save a life.
Immediate CPR can double or triple a person’s chance of survival after cardiac arrest, according to our friends at the American Heart Association.
If someone is unresponsive and not breathing normally, call 911 right away and begin CPR.
For families spending time near the water, strong swimming skills are an important part of keeping kids safe and helping prevent drowning. To build safe habits, pediatricians recommend children begin swimming lessons as early as age 1.
Survival swim lessons should teach children how to safely reach the surface, move toward safety and exit the water independently. Alongside close adult supervision, pool fences and life jackets, swimming skills can help children feel more confident in the water while giving parents added peace of mind.
