Great time at Pacific League Finals! Boys JV and Varsity came in 4th out of 8 teams and Girls JV -4th and Girls Varsity 6th overall.
Congrats to Rosio for 1st in 200IM and 100 breast and Girls Varsity Medely Relay -2nd place!
Next up: CIF SS D3 Championship- Rosio in 200 IM and 100 Breast, Boys Medley Relay (Aaron, Gus, Marco and Zander), Elia 100 back, Aaron 100 back, Nick Paralympic 50 and 100 free. Let’s Go Mustangs!!

We are getting excited about the 2026 Swim Season!! Meet our Captains! 😎

We loved celebrating and meeting gold medalist and Muir alum Joel Thomas (c/o ‘85)!!! Joel got his start at Muir as a swimmer and water polo player. He set the pacific league record for 100 yd freestyle at 47.47 his senior year and went on to swim and play water polo at Cal! He also swam for Team USA in the 1992 Olympics where he won gold for the 4x100 freestyle relay! It’s always good to be a Stang!!! Mustangs for life!!! 💙💛💙💛

Joel Thomas c/o 1985 is being inducted into the Hall of Fame today at 10 am in the Muir auditorium! Following the ceremony we’ll be hanging out on the M-quad from 12-4 pm selling merchandise, empanadas, and cream puffs! All proceeds go to Muir Aquatics! Come say hi and celebrate being Muir Family!

That’s a wrap for our varsity boys season! It was somehow both tougher and better than we expected!!! We’re so proud of all the progress our players have made and we can’t wait until next year to do it all over again!!! We’ll miss our seniors, Luc (captain), Adrian, and Nick! Mustangs for life!!! Let’s go Stangs!!! 💙💛💙💛
