What a blast last night over at Sherman Street Beer Company! Thanks for letting us be there for the run and BINGO fun! A lot of our own running and walking group won some fantastic prizes.
We had some new runners join last night, and hopefully you all will join us over at the shop for future runs!

June 7th at 9:30 AM we hope you can join us on the Rail Trail! The 5k is a fun and simple out and back, with proceeds going back to the IRT! This trail is kept in amazing condition all year round, and it is through events like this that it is funded :)

Rob had the best idea the other day! After tonight's run from the store, lets head to Rising River and soak up some sun and dip our toes in the river!

Group run is at 6 PM, and you can plan on 3.5-4 miles! There is a new path that is partially finished that we will check out on the run :) Elissa will mark turns with chalk before the run to.make it easy to follow!
