Meet our Frisco Client of the Quarter, Anumita Ghosh.
This woman has absolutely crushed her nutrition coaching.
She showed up for every check in, journaled her food, and despite a busy schedule that often requires eating out, she made smart adjustments so she could stick to her plan and still see incredible progress.
She trains hard, pushes to her max every single session, and has not missed one cardio day.

Happy Veterans Day to our brave IPT Veterans, thank you for your service!
It started with a warm-up that felt innocent enough… until Coach Dakota smiled and said, “We’re just getting started.” 👀🔥
From that moment on, it was game on.
Bands snapping, weights moving, music blasting and a whole room full of people chasing that perfect glute burn.
You could feel the energy build with every round.
Laughter between sets, high-fives across the room, and that “we’re-in-this-together” vibe that makes IPT more than just a gym 💙
By the end, legs were shaking, hearts were full, and smiles said it all… worth it. 🙌

Meet our Allen Client of the Quarter… Miss Alice!
Alice has been a pillar of consistency since day one.
She’s faced more challenges than most… two knee replacements, a shoulder replacement, and a battle with breast cancer…yet she continues to show up with a smile and unstoppable determination.
She trains 3x per week at IPT, adds Pilates twice a week, and has lost 22 lbs of body fat over the last 12 months.
But beyond the physical transformation, it’s her energy, positivity, and resilience that inspire everyone around her.

Our Story
Having grown up together, Owners, Ray and Amy Cattaneo were friends for years before they started dating in high school. After they graduated, Ray went on to NYU for Finance while Amy went to Pace University and earned an MBA in Accounting. The couple had their separate careers for a few years – Amy as a tax accountant and Ray as a partner in an advertising company. Ray's interest in health and fitness started in high school and during college they both started to take it serious. Ray loved learning about the body and how it functions in relation to exercise, proper nutrition, healing and supplementation. Meanwhile, Amy's love of good food led her to learn about healthy alternatives to just about everything. Together they decided to take charge of their health and were even raw vegans for a few years. Eventually, their passion for health and fitness and wanting to help others make the changes they made led them to the decision to become owners of a personal training studio. After training part time in "big box" gyms, Ray knew there was a better way to help clients and truly focus on getting them the results they want to achieve. This led him to pursue a private studio where everything is tailored to the client. Infinity Personal Training was born and has been changing lives in Allen ever since!
Their goal is to provide the best results based personal training experience that creates lasting lifestyle changes in a private, comfortable, fun and client focused environment!!
