March MATness begins tomorrow. It is an annual awareness campaign that celebrates the traditional sequence of Pilates Mat exercises. Each day in March, I will share my love of Pilates and a video demonstrating variations of a mat exercise based on the order established by the man himself, Joseph Pilates.
